  • All orders are shipped via trusted local courier services.
  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time:
    • Within major cities: 3 to 5 business days
    • Remote areas: 5 to 7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees may apply based on your location and will be communicated at the time of checkout or order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number (if available) or delivery status updates via SMS or email.

6. Undelivered or Missed Orders

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your package, a second attempt will be made.
  • Failure to receive the package after repeated attempts may result in cancellation of the order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
