At Zayd Frames, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality photography equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or damage, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or customer error.

2. Return Timeframe

  • You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Photos of the item showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem
  2. Once approved, we will arrange for the item to be collected or provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Any item returned after the 3-day window
